Are you Building a new Home ? Are you out of the area and want to check on the progress of the construction. Are you just to busy & would like a Design /builder perform the home inspection for you? Hiring a trained professional to inspect your new home investment is a wise decision . This includes site visits inspections throughtout the building process, from the ground breaking through the city Certificate of occupancy. The lack of quality in many of today's homes is horrendous. Mistakes are common in new construction, even with the best builders. Frequently, a builder may float crews from house to house to perform their trades, things get out of sequence, or overlooked, forgotten, or not checked for quality assurance. Most builders or 95% of them are General Contractors who will subcontract all the work which is performed in the construction of your new home. The city building inspectors have way to many inspections every day which contractors have submitted for various inspections. Some city inspectors do as many as 30 inspections a day & with that work load something's could be over looked. On a new construction project we could even save you costly changes, we could identified and correct before the plans are signed. We also are trained to look over your design for Green Building possibilities and advise on materials & products. Speaking of designs we will work closely with you and (White Mountain) drafting service that could save time in your building premit process . Remember, having your new home built by a reputable builder does not guarantee the quality of craftsmanship. You will be amazed how simple communications and someone working independenently can add great value and enhance the projects bottom line. Our advise & technical support in developing project strategies and plans starting @ only $75.00 per hour for services. In addition we can visit during constuction @ my 2800 sq. ft. home in Showlow -Sierra Pines, lot 306 - that also supports some Green Building efforts.
